I am a Registered Nurse with extensive experience in operating theatres, specialising in perioperative care, patient safety, and healthcare management.

Over the course of my career, I have held a range of senior clinical and operational roles, leading multidisciplinary teams to deliver safe, effective, and high-quality care across complex surgical services.

My experience includes but is not limited to:

· Assisted surgeons during complex theatre procedures, maintaining strict adherence to sterility protocols.

· Collaborated with surgical teams to devise pre-operative and post-operative care plans for patients.

· Prepared operating rooms for surgery, setting up surgical instruments and equipment, ensuring sterility and readiness.

I have a passion for elective care pathway improvements to deliver safe and great care to patients maintaining their autonomy.
