I am a compassionate midwife in all areas of Maternity Care and Provision, a safeguarding specialist, and a perinatal mental health specialist with 29 years’ experience.

I have experience in working with diverse populations of children and adults utilising evidence-based practices, relevant information, and care. I ama transparent leader skilled in drawing the best out of teams, facilitating ongoing training and development, and maintaining open communications.

I am proficient in heading investigations, identifying risks, raising concerns, and formulating bespoke healthcare packages that complement the work of other professionals. As an Inclusivity champion my goal is to inspire others to reach their highest potential. I have been instrumental in leveraging family approaches and delivering trauma-informed care.

My professional progression to that of a Medico Legal Records Analyst has led me to expand my offering to that of Expert Witness. I utilise my long ongoing clinical experience to encourage both personal further development and the opportunity to provide expert and valuable professional opinion. I demonstrate an ability to offer an independent and non-biased accurate account of events to evaluate and support Legal claims.
