Profile

I am a Senior Paediatric Nurse with more than 20 years of experience across both NHS and private healthcare settings. My expertise lies in the management of complex paediatric care packages, supporting children and young people from hospital discharge into community care. I have worked extensively with providers funded through a variety of statutory and private streams, coordinating and overseeing packages of care tailored to highly complex needs.

In addition, I have significant experience within the NHS, delivering case management under the Children and Young People’s Continuing Care (CYPCC) Framework, undertaking eligibility assessments, and supporting transition planning from child to adult services through a multidisciplinary approach.

I am also experienced in clinical training, both theoretical and practical, and place strong emphasis on evidence-based practice as the foundation of safe and effective care for children and young people.

Currently, I practise as a medico-legal case manager, providing independent, impartial, and evidence-based opinions in legal proceedings relating to children and young people with complex healthcare needs.
