Profile

I am an experienced Chartered Physiotherapist with specialist clinical expertise in orthopaedics, vestibular rehabilitation, and complex polytrauma, including catastrophic injuries and traumatic brain injury.

My professional background spans both clinical and medico-legal domains, having worked as a case manager for clients with life-changing injuries and providing Civil Procedure Rules-compliant expert reports on breach of duty, causation, and treatment needs.

I have run a busy private practice in physiotherapy for the past 15 years where I have treated multiple types of both acute and chronic injuries.  In parallel with my clinical work, I work as an Assistant Professor in Physiotherapy, with a focus on the biopsychosocial model of care and person-centred rehabilitation.

I have a particular interest in promoting adapted and inclusive sport, informed by my work with the Commonwealth Federation for Sport and ongoing research. I am currently undertaking a Doctorate exploring hope generation and social connectedness in disability sport.

My expert practice is informed by real-world, multi-sector experience across NHS, private, and community settings. I am committed to delivering clear, objective, and evidence-based reports for court use, supported by a strong foundation in academic teaching, research, and interdisciplinary rehabilitation.
