MSA’s Team Building Day at The Wave Project in Croyde

This summer, 18 Associates, Support Team and Solicitors left the courtroom behind for a unique team building adventure at The Wave Project in Croyde. Traveling from across the UK, our team arrived at their project hub, where we were warmly welcomed by their dedicated staff and volunteers.

The day kicked off with an introduction to The Wave Project’s mission and their innovative Adaptive Surfing programmes, followed by two exhilarating hours in the waves, giving us a firsthand taste of their transformative surf therapy. It was a fantastic opportunity to bond as a team while experiencing the powerful connection between community and the ocean.Maggie from MSA shared, “What an incredible day!
