Em Fitchett

Em is Operations Manager and a member of the senior leadership team, responsible for the day to day running of the business and for keeping its moving parts connected. She works closely with the office team and with the solicitors who instruct us, making sure instructions are handled properly from the moment they arrive and that nothing is lost between the people involved. Much of the role is about pace and communication: knowing where every case sits, who needs what next, and spotting problems before they reach a client. Em came to operations from onboarding and marketing, which gives her a practical view of how the whole business fits together.

Will Sargent

Will Sargent is Director of Recruitment, responsible for building the teams behind both Maggie Sargent & Associates and Community Case Management. He leads the recruitment of Expert Witnesses & Case Managers and treating professionals, with a focus on finding people whose clinical judgement and values match the standards both organisations are known for. He also works closely with the marketing side of both companies, contributing to brand, content and the relationships that connect the business to solicitors, deputies and the wider sector. Having grown up around the work, Will brings a long view of what good case management and expert evidence look like in practice
