I am a Specialist Paediatric Physiotherapist with 12 years of post-graduate physiotherapy experience, including over 10 years working exclusively within paediatric services. I currently work as Lead Clinician for the Cerebral Palsy Orthopaedic Pathway at a Specialist Children's NHS Foundation Trust and as an Independent Paediatric Physiotherapist through Align Family Wellness.

My clinical practice focuses on children and young people with cerebral palsy, acquired and traumatic brain injury, complex neurodisability and orthopaedic conditions. I have extensive experience assessing physical function, mobility, gait, postural management, rehabilitation needs and long-term therapy requirements across home, education, community and clinical settings.

Within my NHS role, I work closely with orthopaedic surgeons, rehabilitation consultants and multidisciplinary teams to support children through complex clinical decision-making, surgical planning and post-operative rehabilitation. Alongside this, I provide specialist independent assessments and treatment recommendations for children with complex physical disabilities.

I also serve as a Regional Representative for the Cerebral Palsy Integrated Pathway (CPIP), contributing to national service development, professional education and the promotion of best practice in cerebral palsy management. As part of this role, I led the organisation of the CPIP Biannual Conference held in Edinburgh in 2023.

My ongoing professional development includes postgraduate study in Paediatric Neurology and Paediatric Musculoskeletal Physiotherapy at University College London and specialist training in gait analysis through ORLAU, supporting my work with children and young people with complex neurological and orthopaedic needs.
