Profile

Experienced and highly skilled Paediatric Nurse and Case Manager with over 12 years’ experience delivering high-quality, evidence-based care to children and young people across acute, emergency, high-dependency, and community settings. I bring strong leadership, advanced clinical expertise, and a compassionate, family-centred approach to all aspects of care.

My clinical background includes paediatric cardiothoracic nursing, emergency care, complex care package coordination, and the management of children and young people with significant clinical needs, including brain injury, epilepsy, tracheostomy care, PEG feeding, and long-term rehabilitation.

I have extensive experience working within and leading multidisciplinary teams, ensuring care is safe, effective, and responsive to the needs of the child and family.

In my current case management role, I use strong organisational, advocacy, and clinical oversight skills to manage complex paediatric and adult cases, ensuring care is well coordinated, appropriately resourced, and tailored to individual needs.

My experience across rehabilitation, safeguarding, and long-term care planning enables me to assess complex presentations and support children, young people, adults, and families through challenging clinical and social circumstances. This breadth of experience enables me to bring a well-rounded and evidence-based perspective to medico-legal work, with particular emphasis on clinical reasoning, best practice, quality of life, and outcomes.
