I am a highly experienced and dedicated Paediatric Intensive Care Nurse with over 10 years' experience in a specialist cardiothoracic PICU setting. I have proven expertise in advanced clinical skills including ECMO and VAD management, with a strong track record in research, service improvement, and education delivery.

 

I am an experienced Band 6 Charge Nurse with excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills. Passionate about evidence-based practice, staff development, and improving patient outcomes.

 

I am currently balancing dual roles as Clinical Research Nurse and Staff Nurse, developing research capacity within PICU aligned with national PCCS standards.
